【摘 要】造血干细胞是目前临床治疗上应用最广的干细胞类型，深入研究造血干细胞将有助于我们分析并治疗诸多的血液疾病和免疫疾病。如何高效获得造血干细胞是近二十年来一直没有解决的问题，于此我们简要总结了目前造血干细胞研究领域中发现的与造血干细胞体内发育或体外分化相关的重要信号通路，旨在加深对造血干细胞的认识。
