【摘 要】在临床实施的剖宫产手术中通常采取的麻醉方式为腰麻，麻醉在整个手术中起到至关重要的作用，以确保手术顺利，确保母婴安全。但是经过相关调查我们发现，在腰麻下剖宫产术后有些患者会出现低颅压头痛的情况，给产妇带来不利影响，增加了产妇的痛苦，降低其生活质量。对此临床上要加强重视，在综合分析病情的基础上进行对症治疗，经过治疗取得了理想的效果。
