【摘 要】目的：针对直肠癌患者探究选择腹腔镜直肠癌根治术治疗后患者的并发症发生相关的因素。方法：随机非盲选择我院收治的直肠癌患者共209例(于2016年5月至2018年5月在我院診断)，对患者展开回顾性分析，将患者进行腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术的相关临床资料进行统计学讨论。结果：对术后并发症和各个因素进行对比，术前伴有并发症、术中出血超过100ml可能和术后并发症有直接关系。影响因素进行多因素分析，肺部疾病和术中出血量是腹腔镜直肠癌根治术术后并发症发生的独立危险因素。结论：腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中，应该重点对术前伴发的肺部疾病以及术中出血量进行重点关注，对术后并发症的发病概率有明显影响。
