【摘 要】目的：探讨恶心与呕吐患者采用消化内科护理干预的效果。方法：选取我院消化内科收治的恶心与呕吐患者95例作为研究对象。根据护理方法分组：46例患者采用常规护理，进入对照组；49例患者采用消化内科护理模式，进入观察组。护理结束之后比较两组的护理效果。结果：观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：消化内科护理模式在恶心与呕吐患者中的应用能够显著提高患者的护理满意度，值得推广使用。
