【摘 要】目的：研究护理干预对助产质量和产后出血的影响效果。方法：选取2014年10月—2018年6月在我院进行治疗的90例腰突症患者，随机分为3组，A组采用综合灸疗治疗，B组采用椎间孔镜治疗，C组采用综合灸疗和椎间孔镜联合治疗，比对3组患者的术后疼痛、腰椎功能改善情况和治疗效果。结果：在术后疼痛程度和腰椎功能改善情况方面，A组和B组差异不大(P大于0.05)，两组均差于C组(P<0.05)；A组、B组和C组的治疗有效率分别是83.33%、86.67&、100%。结论：在对腰突症患者进行治疗时，综合灸疗联合椎间孔镜治疗，可以有效降低患者的术后疼痛，大幅度改善患者的腰椎功能，具有较好的治疗效果，值得在临床推广。
