【摘 要】目的：观察急危重症患者急诊呼吸阶梯性治疗的临床疗效评估。方法：我院急诊2017年5月-2018年5月收治的86例急危重症患者，比较两组患者临床疗效情况。结果：实验组患者治疗后氧分压(PaO2)、心率、呼吸频率以及呼吸稳定耗时等相关参数均明显优于对照组，P<0.O5。结论：对于急危重症患者给予呼吸阶梯性治疗效果明显优于常规呼吸支持治疗。
