【摘 要】本文报告一例，二级中医院在三级医院专家参与会诊情况下出现的甲状腺未分化癌误诊案例，汲取误诊的经验教训，提出了防止误诊的措施。

    Abstract：Objective To This paper reports an exampie， misdiagnosis of undifferentiated thyroid cancer in the second-class hospital of traditional chinese medicine with the participation of experts from the thrd-class hospital，learning from the experience and lessons of misdiagnosis this paper puts forward some measures to prevent misdiagnosis.
