【摘 要】目的：分析中药汤剂配合情志护理在月经不调患者中的应用效果。方法：2017年1月～2017年12月，医院妇科收治的月经不调患者90例，按照入院顺序分组，随机分为对照组、观察组各45例，均给予常规中药汤剂治疗，观察组联合情志护理。结果：观察组退出2例，对照组3例。观察组整体疗效优于对照组(Z=2.596、P=0.009)，观察组愈显效率高于对照组(=6.770、P=0.009)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在月经不调患者中的应用中药汤剂配合情志护理，可以增进疗效。

    abstract Objective： to analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with emotional care in patients with irregular menstruation.
