【摘 要】：目的：对比双针微创与单针微创治疗高血压脑室型丘脑出血的效果。方法：将本院接治的40例高血压脑室型丘脑出血患者进行随机分组，实验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。实验组实施双针微创穿刺，对照组实施单针微创穿刺。治疗完成后，对比两组患者的前后颅内血肿量以及并发症发生率。结果：实验组并发症发生率5.00%，明显低于对照组，颅内血肿量较对照组明显更低，差异具有统计学意义。结论：将双针微创穿刺应用于高血压脑室型丘脑出血患者的治疗中的效果明显，值得推广。
