【摘 要】目的：分析核磁共振成像检查的护理风险相关因素，阐述防范对策。方法：将患者随机分为2组，对照组组采用常规方法护理，观察组在分析护理风险诱发因素的同时，对风险进行预防。结果：观察组依从性97.56%、检查时间(10.25±1.67)min、护理风险发生率2.44%、满意度97.56%，与对照组相比差异显著(p<0.05)。结论：从健康教育、高压注射护理等方面出发，加强对护理风险的预防，有助于提高核磁共振成像检查的安全性。
