【摘 要】目的：分析坦洛新缓释片+PKRP术疗法在前列腺增生合并膀胱过度活动症患者中的治疗效果。方法：选取83例前列腺增生合并膀胱过度活动症患者，双盲法分组，2组均采用组PKRP术进行治疗，观察组在此基础上服用坦洛新缓释片，对比2组临床效果。结果：观察组与对照组治疗总有效率(95.12%VS92.86%)不存在显著差异(P>0.05)；观察组治疗后USPSS评分、VSS评分均优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论：坦洛新缓释片+PKRP术，临床效果良好。
