持续护理质量改进在心内科护理中的应用体会

     【摘 要】 目的:探讨心血管内科护理中的持续护理质量改进措施的应用效果。方法:抽取医院2017年10月至2018年10月收治的90例心血管疾病患者,随机分成两组,对照组给予临床常规护理。实验组开展护理质量持续改进,分析护理效果。结果:实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理人员的应急能力评分、沟通能力评分与知识储备评分也明显高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续护理质量改进有助于满足患者需求,也有助于缓解医患关系紧张的问题。
