【摘 要】 目的：对高危妊娠产后出血产妇的护理干预方式以及护理干预效果进行调查。方法：回顾性分析我院55例高危妊娠产后出血患者的护理方式，并对其护理后效果进行观察。结果：55例患者均抢救成功，产后24h出血量平均(276.5±33.8)ml；护理效果显著的28例，护理有效20例，护理效果差的7例，评估有效率为87.3%。结论：尽早明确出血原因，加强产后管理对患者至关重要。
