【摘 要】目的：分析痔疮手术患者应用个性化护理干预对术后疼痛及康复的影响。方法：选择我院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的78例手术治疗的痔疮患者，根据护理措施不同分组，对两组的术后疼痛及康复效果进行对比。结果：观察组术后VAS评分(3.82±1.16)分显著低于对照组(6.53±1.47)分(P<0.05)；观察组术后首次排便时间、排便耗时及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：个性化护理干预给予痔疮手术患者无微不至的护理指导及人性化的护理关怀，缓解术后疼痛显著，使患者在护理中处于身心舒适状态，有利于术后康复。
