【摘 要】本文选择我院婦产科在2015-2017年接收的患者100例，分析了妇产科护理安全隐患，并给出相应的护理对策。其预防护理组患者的患者满意度高于常规护理组患者。表明护理人员需要针对妇产科患者护理安全隐患采取预防措施。

    Abstract： 100 cases of gynecology and obstetrics admitted in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected to analyze the hidden dangers of nursing safety in obstetrics and gynecology， and the corresponding nursing countermeasures were put forward. The patient satisfaction of preventive nursing group was higher than that of routine nursing group. It is suggested that nursing staff should take preventive measures against the hidden dangers of nursing care of patients with gynecology and obstetrics.
