【摘 要】目的：分析经腮腺前嚼肌径路治疗下颌骨髁突骨折的护理配合及效果。方法：本次对象为我院下颌骨髁突骨折患者22例，选至2016年3月-2018年9月，患者均经腮腺前嚼肌径路手术治疗，并于围术期加强护理配合，统计手术结果。结果：22例患者手术都顺利，平均手术时间为(1.6±0.1)h。术后面部对称性好，伤口愈合，咬合关系良好，张口度超过3.7cm。而且，术后骨折对线、对位满意，面神经无功能障碍。结论：在经腮腺前嚼肌徑路治疗下颌骨髁突骨折患者时加强护理配合，可缩短手术时间，降低并发症发生率，值得推广。
