【摘 要】目的：分析臨床护理路径在心肌梗死护理中的应用效果。方法：本次对象为我院心肌梗死患者110例，选至2015年11月-2018年2月，数表法分成2组：55例试验组实施临床护理路径，55例对照组实施基础护理，统计2组结果。结果：试验组焦虑评分比对照组低，健康知识认知度比对照组高，差异显著(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意率为98.2%(54/55)，比对照组的85.5%(47/55)高，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：在心肌梗死护理中采用临床护理路径，有助于改善患者情绪，提高疾病认知度，值得学习。
