【摘 要】目的：探析依那普利、倍他乐克联合用于舒张性心力衰竭(以下简称“心衰”)治疗中的效果。方法：将2016年1月到2018年12月本院收治的68例舒张性心衰患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为参照组(n=34)与干预组(n=34)，分别采用倍他乐克、倍他乐克与依那普利治疗。比较两组治疗效果、血压水平和心率。结果：治疗后，与参照组比较，干预組总疗效明显提高，血压水平与心率明显下降，P<0.05，具备统计学意义。结论：舒张性心衰患者应用依那普利和倍他乐克治疗效果确切，有助于调节血压，控制心率，临床应用价值高。
