【摘 要】目的：分析封闭负压引流术治疗下肢骨折骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤的护理效果。方法：从我院2015年11月-2018年3月收治下肢骨折骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤患者中抽取58例，均采用封闭负压引流术，将其随机分成2组：29例对照组实施基础护理，29例观察组实施针对性护理，评定2组结果。结果：观察组疾病好转率为93.1%，护理满意率为96.6%，比对照组的72.4%、79.3%高，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：在下肢骨折骨外露伴大面积软组织损伤患者的封闭负压引流术中实施针对性护理干预，有助于提高治疗效果，减少换药次数，缩短住院时间，值得学习。
