【摘 要】目的：讨论分析甲硝唑联合克林霉素对治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法：筛取我院接诊的70例患有细菌性阴道炎的患者作为研究对象，分为对照组和实验组进行实验探究结果：经过一段时间的临床治疗，对照组和观察组临床治疗效果的差异性十分明显(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：甲硝唑联合克林霉素对治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床治疗作用要明显优于单纯使用甲硝唑进行治疗，用药安全性高，值得在临床中加以推广应用。
