【摘 要】目的：对消化内科患者的恶心呕吐情况进行探究分析，找出患者产生此类情况的原因。方法：筛取自2017年10月～2018年10月内我院接诊的60例患有消化内科疾病的并伴有恶心呕吐患者作为研究对象，对其病历资料进行回顾性整理分析。结果：此次所选取的60例患者中因为本身消化系统疾病所造成恶心呕吐等不良反应的占绝大多数，只有个别几例患者是因为其他原因所造成的恶心呕吐，在消化系统所导致的原因中急性或者慢性胃炎占了一半左右，其他各类消化系统疾病也均可引起恶心呕吐。结论：患者发生恶心呕吐等不良反应往往是因为多方面的原因，但最为主要的原因的还是消化系统疾病，对于患者的检查要全方面，多层次，只有对症下药，才能使得患者早日康复。

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the nausea and vomiting of patients with digestive medicine and to find out the reasons for such cases. METHODS： Sixty patients with digestive diseases and nausea and vomiting who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were screened for retrospective analysis of their medical records.
