【摘 要】 目的：观察并探讨舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于宫颈癌根治术的麻醉效果。 方法：选取84例于2014年12月——2018年12月期间来我院行宫颈癌根治术的患者，按患者就诊顺序分为对照组与实验组，人数相同各42例，所有患者均给予丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼麻醉，实验组与对照组患者的舒芬太尼药物使用剂量分别为0.30ng/mL、0.20 ng/mL，对两组患者的血流动力学指标以及术后VAS评分进行观察与对比。 结果：实验组患者在插管即刻、插管后一分钟以及拔管时的心率及平均动脉压与对照组结果比较均显著较低，实验组患者术后VAS评分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。 结论：在宫颈癌根治术中应用丙泊酚复合舒芬太尼靶控输注具有确切麻醉效果，值得推广应用。
