【摘 要】 目的：分析根管治疗失败的原因、提出预防措施。方法：回顾性分析我院自2016年1月到2019年1月间行根管治疗失败的352颗患牙临床资料，分析根管治疗失败的原因。结果：根管治疗失败最主要的因素是根管欠填充，所占比例高达45.5%，其余原因依次为根管超填充、根管遗漏、牙折裂和其它因素。结论：针对根管治疗失败的多种原因，提高操作的规范性，可保证根管治疗效果、降低失败率。
