【摘 要】 目的：分析芪苈强心胶囊治疗冠心病心衰临床疗效。方法：将100例冠心病心衰病患做为此次研究对象，选取时间范围是2017年3月～2018年10月。按照数字分组法分为对照组与治疗组，对照组实施常规西医治疗，治疗组加用芪苈强心胶囊，对比两组临床疗效、症状积分、各项临床指标。结果：治疗组用药后左室射血分数、6分钟步行距离、氨基末端脑钠尿肽水平治疗组优于对照组;对比两组获得的临床总有效率治疗组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论：冠心病心衰应用芪苈强心胶囊治疗，利于患者症状、心功能及早改善，还能强化患者的身体机能。
