【摘 要】 目的：对血液透析长期颈内静脉置管患者的护理方式以及护理体会进行总结。方法：对我院37例血液透析长期颈内静脉置管患者的护理方式以及护理后结果进行回顾性分析，总结护理体会。结果：我院37例患者经过精心的护理后置管过程中仅有1例出现感染表现，并发症发生率为2.7%，经过治疗后感染症状消失，其余患者置管过程中未发生风险事件。结论：针对性护理管理能够降低颈内静脉置管风险，保证患者安全。
