【摘 要】 目的：分析消毒供应室护理管理中应用PDCA循环法的临床效果。方法：以我院消毒供应室实施PDCA循环法前(2017年1月至12月)的150份器械样本和30例工作人员为对照组，以PDCA循环法后实施后(2018年1月至12月)的150份器械样本和30例工作人员为研究组，对比两组器械消毒质量。结果：研究组手术器械消毒合格率为97.3%，消毒液使用合格率为96.7%，消毒用品合格率为96.0%，手术器械包装合格率为95.3%，与对照组比较均显著较高(P<0.05)。两组满意度比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：PDCA循环应用于消毒供应室护理管理，可有效提高医疗器械的消毒合格率，提升科室医护人员满意度。
