4 结论
4.1 伴乙型/丙型肝炎患者牙周健康较差，经牙周基础治疗，牙周状况有明显改善，说明伴乙型/丙型肝炎牙周炎患者应进行系统牙周基础治疗。
4.2 实验结果显示单纯牙周炎患者较伴乙型/丙型肝炎患者经过牙周治疗后牙周恢复要更好，提示伴乙型/丙型肝炎患者牙周损坏可能还与其他因素有关。
