【摘 要】护理科研作为护理学的一个重要组成部分，近年來越来越受到重视，并取得一定的成果，对护理学的发展起着推动作用[1]。本文通过发放调查问卷的方法，对基层医院科研现状、影响因素及对策的分析，为提高护理人员的科研能力提供依据。提高基层医院护理人员的科研能力，应加强护理人员学历教育，培养护理科研团队，增加科研经费投入，加强护理科研奖励机制，旨在研究对护理科研管理的有效手段，推动护理科研的快速发展，提高护理工作质量。
