【摘要】目的：探讨神经介入动脉导管溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的护理方法和效果。方法：选取我院收治的43例急性脑梗死患者，纳入时间为2017年1月～2018年12月。实施神经介入动脉导管溶栓治疗，做好溶栓前、后的护理工作，观察患者的治疗效果。结果：43例患者的护理满意率为953%；护理后NIHSS评分为(271±35)分，低于护理前的(334±76)分，差异显著(P<005)。结论：急性脑梗死患者在神经介入动脉导管溶栓治疗期间，加强护理配合能改善神经功能、提高护理满意度，值得推广。
