【摘要】目的：对比不同剂量静脉免疫球蛋白治疗川崎病的临床疗效以及免疫学效应。方法：比较60例川崎病患儿不同剂量静脉免疫球蛋白治疗效果。结果：两组治疗后的症状以及免疫学指标对比无差异无统计学意义(P>005)。结论：单剂量1g/kg与单剂量2kg/kg静注免疫球蛋白治疗川崎病疗效相当。

    Comparison of clinical and immunological effects ofdifferent doses of intravenous immunoglobulin in the treatment of Kawasaki disease

    Abstract

    Objective： To compare the clinical efficacy and immunological effects of different doses of intravenous immunoglobulin in the treatment of Kawasaki disease. Methods： The therapeutic effects of different doses of intravenous immunoglobulin in 60 children with Kawasaki disease were compared. Results： There was no significant difference in the symptoms and immunological parameters between the two groups (P>005). Conclusion： Single-dose 1g/kg is equivalent to single-dose 2kg/kg intravenous immunoglobulin in the treatment of Kawasaki disease.
