【摘要】目的：分析神经系统疾病患者跌倒的危险因素。方法：对2016年1月至2010年1月收治的80例神经科住院患者进行回顾性分析。结果：年龄、疾病、药物作用、输液治疗、环境和个人因素是神经科住院患者跌倒的主要危险因素。加强检查和健康教育，营造安全的医院环境。结论：住院病人减少是多种因素相互作用的结果。护士应及时评估跌倒风险，并提出预防性护理措施，以减少跌倒的发生。
