【摘 要】 目的：评价中医辨证护理在肺癌失眠患者中应用效果。方法：选择2017年12月到2018年12月前来我院进行治疗的肺癌失眠患者64例，按照奇偶法的要求对其分组，平均分成实验组(32例：中医辨证护理)与对照组(32例：基础类型的护理)，分析睡眠质量评分与工作效果。结果：实验组的睡眠质量评分与工作效果优于对照组，相互之间的比较呈现出差异性，P<0.05。结论：在肺癌失眠实际护理的工作中，将中医辨证手段应用其中，有助于促使睡眠质量的全面提升，推廣的优势很突出。
