【摘 要】 目的：对比和分析曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀临床治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果情况。方法： 选取本院心内科所收治的冠心病心绞痛患者共计108例，分为观察组和对照组，每组各54例。采用不同治疗方式，分析治疗临床治疗效果差异。结果：经过治疗发现，观察组治疗后LVEF水平显著优于对照组，且LVDD显著低于对照组，其差异较为明显，具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：冠心病心绞痛的临床治疗中，联合应用曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀，有助于改善患者现有疾病情况及器质性心脏病病理改变情况，提升临床治疗有效性。
