【摘 要】 目的：研究领导干部于门诊进行保健时实施综合护理的价值及对护理质量的影响。方法：纳入本院(2015年1月至2019年5月)门诊接收的领导干部(n=80)作为研究对象，以随机数字表为基准，分为实验组(n=40，实施综合护理)、对照组(n=40，实施常规护理)，实施后护理质量评估。结果：护理质量：实验组护理质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：领导干部于门诊进行保健时实施综合护理的价值显著，可明显提升临床护理质量，值得借鉴。
