【摘 要】 目的：比较分析肾结石患者采取经皮肾镜取石术与开放手术治疗效果。方法：随机划分2018年2月-2018年11月本院接收的腎结石患者71例，对照组(35例)开展传统开放手术治疗，研究组(36例)行经皮肾镜取石术治疗，统计各组治疗效果及手术指标。结果：在治疗总有效率方面，研究组是94.44%，对照组是74.29%，研究组高于对照组，而手术出血量、住院时间及手术时间显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：经皮肾镜取石术在肾结石疾病治疗中效果较传统开放手术更为显著，其不仅可以减轻患者临床病症，全面清除结石，同时有助于治疗效果的提高，缩减治疗时间。
