【摘 要】 目的：分析自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者成分输血的疗效及护理措施。方法：选择我院2016年1月-2018年12月收治的50例自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者，均给予成分输血治疗，以护理方法不同分组，对两组血象情况及护理满意度进行对比。结果：观察组经治疗护理后Hb(84.92±8.60)g/L、RBC(2.47±0.59)×1012/L、Hct(24.93±5.06)%，各项指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.0.5);观察组护理满意度96.00%(24/25)显著高于对照组80.00%(20/25)(P<0.05)。结论：成分输血有效改善自身免疫性溶血性贫血的血象指标，在开展精心护理后治疗效果明显提升，改善临床症状显著，护理满意度高，【关键词】 成分输血;自身免疫性溶血性贫血;精心护理;疗效
