【摘 要】 目的： 分析小儿肺炎辅以针对性护理干预的临床应用效果及价值。方法： 抽取我院2018年3月-2019年3月收治小儿肺炎患者80例，随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组常规护理干预，观察组针对性护理干预，比较护理效果。结果：观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(p<0.05)，咳嗽缓解时间(4.37±0.24)d、憋喘缓解时间(4.11±0.15)d、体温下降时间(2.49±0.21)d、肺啰音消失时间(5.56±1.02)d均明显短于对照组(p<0.05)。结论： 小儿肺炎患者接受针对性护理干预效果更佳，值得临床推广。
