【摘 要】目的：对品管圈活动在提升胃肠外科护理质量、护理满意度中的管理效果进行调查。方法：以50例胃肠外科手术患者为研究对象，其中25例患者视为对照组予以常规护理，另外25例患者视为管理组予以品管圈管理，比较患者护理质量以及护理满意度。结果：研究组护理质量评分为(94.3±2.1)分，对照组评分为(85.6±5.3)分，P<0.05。研究组患者护理满意度为92.0%，对照组患者为76.0%，P<0.05。结论：品管圈活动管理能够提升患者护理质量，提高患者护理满意度。

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the management effect of quality control circle activity in improving nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods： fifty patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery were studied. 25 patients were treated as control group and 25 patients as management group were treated with quality control circle management.
