【摘 要】目的：探讨一种妇产科下腹部手术横切口的缝合方法，省时，平整美观，愈合好，无硬结。本作者选取2018年2月至2019年5月剖宫产150例，其中75例缝合皮下，连续缝合皮内，另75例，不缝合皮下脂肪，间断缝合皮内。结果：间断不缝合皮下的皮内缝合法与连续皮内缝合缝合皮下的缝合方法相比，皮肤平坦美观，疼痛轻，特别是刀口皮下无硬结。
