【摘 要】目的：分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗的效果。方法：以84例2017年10月至2018年8月在我院接受治疗的慢阻肺患者为研究对象，并将其分为试验组(n=42)和对比组(n=42)，对比组患者应用多索茶碱治疗，试验组患者应用多索茶碱、噻托溴铵粉联合治疗，对比2组患者肺功能改善情况。结果：治疗前2组患者FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC等各项肺功能指标经对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后试验组患者肺功能明显优于对比组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉治疗有助于显著改善其肺功能。
