【摘 要】目的：探讨心衰合并心律失常针对性护理效果。方法：选取82例心衰合并心律失常患者，按就诊先后分成观察组(针对性护理)与对照组(常规护理)，观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组心率低于对照组，舒张压、收缩压高于对照组;观察组不良反应低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：心衰合并心律失常针对性护理效果显著，可推广。
