【摘 要】目的：探讨疝气无张力修补术治疗老年腹股沟疝的价值。方法：选取本院于2018年1-12月收治的60例腹股沟疝老年患者，按照手术方式不同分为2组，每组30例，对照组采用Bassini法修补治疗，观察组则实施无张力修补治疗，对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、及住院时间。结果：观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)，术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：针对老年腹股沟疝患者，通过开展无张力修补术治疗，效果好，恢复快，临床应用价值高。
