【摘 要】目的：观察阿卡波糖对糖耐量异常患者胰岛β细胞功能的影响，方法：60例新诊断糖耐量异常患者，给予阿卡波糖150mg/d，用6个月。治疗前后测定FBG、OGTT2hPG、FINS、PINS。结果：阿卡波糖治疗前后空腹血糖较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)，餐后2hPG和血胰岛素水平显著降低(P<0.01)。
