【摘 要】目的：探讨自发性食管破裂临床治疗体会。方法：对15例自发性食管破裂患者基础资料收集整合并纳入研究对象，经回顾性分析，统计整合两组与治疗的相关数据指标情况并进行比较。结果：10例手术治疗，1例死亡，术后再次出现穿孔1例，经保守治疗，全部治愈;保守治疗5例，2例治愈，1例死亡。结论：自发性食管破裂治疗的关键是早诊断、早治疗，且手术治疗疗效佳，有临床价值。
