【摘 要】目的：分析全面性护理干预在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血患者中的应用价值。方法：分析2018年1月至2019年1月本院诊治的60例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发症产妇资料，随机编号分为常规组与全面组(n=30)。常规组实施常规护理，全面组实施全面性护理干预，比较两组产妇的术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间。结果：常规组产妇术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间均高于全面组产妇，两组间数据比较包含统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：全面性护理干预在剖宫产瘢痕妊娠并发大出血护理中的应用，能够减少产妇术后出血量，缩短其术后恢复时间，建议临床推广。
