【摘 要】为优化医疗工程施工管理，我院在设计和施工阶段全面引入BIM技术指导工程建设。大到单体建筑施工方案编制，小到单个复杂梁柱节点钢筋布置，均在BIM事先模拟分析后再行施工，尤其在吊顶管线综合排布和直线加速器室大体积混凝土施工方面，BIM技术展现出传统施工组织方式不可比拟的精细化优势。
