【摘 要】目的：本研究主要分析血浆D-二聚体检测对下肢深脉血栓形成的诊断意义。方法：选我院110例疑似下肢深脉血栓患者为对象，为观察组，另寻找110例健康体检者为对照组。观察组和对照组患者分别测量血浆D-二聚体含量检测，并对检测所得结果进行对比。结果：通过对比两组人员的血浆D-二聚体含量，发现下肢深脉血栓患者的血浆D-二聚体诊断敏感度为100%，并且发现特异性为55.9%。在一定程度上阳性预测值89.6%，阴性预测值为100.0%。结论：对疑似下肢深脉血栓患者进行血浆D-二聚体进行检测，对下肢深脉血栓患者诊断具有一定的价值。
