【摘 要】目的：评价美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪在冠心病心衰治疗中的临床疗效。方法：时间：2018年3月-2019年3月，对象：冠心病心衰患者，样本量：66例，随机分2组，各33例，对照组美托洛尔治疗，试验组美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪，比较临床疗效。结果：试验组临床总有效率93.94%高于对照组75.76%，P<0.05。结论：针对冠心病心衰患者，美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗更利于疾病恢复，值得借鉴。
