【摘 要】维持性血液透析是通过腹膜亦或是血液透析保持患者生命的一种治疗方式，常被用于增加晚期肾病患者的生命。当前，受到生活方式、饮食习惯及其他因素的影响，终末期肾病的患病率逐渐呈升高趋势，影响患者的日常生活和生命安全，而此时维持性血液透析的作用就显得十分重要。建立血管通路，且通路完全畅通是该透析方式的前提保证，同时血管通路的状态和功能对患者生命安全具有显著影响。因此本文对维持性血液透析中血管通路的护理模式展开一系列的综述。
