【摘 要】目的：探究预见性护理在上消化道出血急救中运用的效果。方法：选取在我院就诊的从2017年9月到2018年9月之间上消化道出血的患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组有30例。对照组采用的是常规护理，观察组采用预见性护理，对两组患者的出血情况进行观察。结果：观察组患者再出血的发生率少于对照组。结论：在上消化道出血急救中，预见性护理能够有效降低再出血的发生率，取得比较好的效果，值得推广。
